Overview

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will govern Admitt's processing of personal data on behalf of customers who act as controllers, in accordance with Article 28 of the UK GDPR. Once published it will supplement, and form part of, our Terms & Conditions.

What this agreement will cover

  • subject matter, duration, nature and purpose of processing;
  • categories of data subjects and personal data;
  • the controller's instructions and the processor's obligations;
  • confidentiality and security measures;
  • use of sub-processors and the sub-processor list;
  • assistance with data-subject rights and breach notification;
  • international transfer mechanisms; and
  • audit rights and deletion/return of data on termination.
