Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy will set out the standards that all users — advertisers, venues, networks and agencies — must meet when using the Admitt platform. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

What this policy will cover

  • prohibited content (illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, hateful or discriminatory material);
  • compliance with advertising codes and sector-specific rules (e.g. alcohol, gambling, financial promotions);
  • intellectual-property and likeness requirements for creative;
  • venue-level content restrictions and category blocking;
  • prohibited conduct (fraud, scraping, interfering with verification, security testing without authorisation); and
  • reporting, enforcement, takedown and suspension procedures.
